In 2010, The Peached Tortilla started to roam the streets of Austin in their food truck, serving Asian and Southern inspired tacos and sliders. Over the past four years, they have continued to grow their business, turning into a multi-truck operation and full service catering business. Their first brick and mortar location at 5520 Burnet Rd, expands on the flavors Austinites have grown to love.

The restaurant is closed on Mondays.  Hours of operation on Tuesday through Thursday are 5 pm till 10 pm. Friday and Saturday from 5 pm till 11 pm.  Sunday brunch is served from 10:30 am till 2:30 pm.  The kitchen reopens from 5 pm til 10 pm for dinner.
