Torchy's Tacos began as a food trailer, but quickly expanded to numerous brick and mortar locations in Austin.  The SoCo "South Congress" location is located off Mary Street and South Congress Avenue. 

This location can get a little of line due to being in a high traffic area. Hours are Monday - Thursday 7am - 10pm, Friday 7am-11pm, Saturday 8am-11pm, and Sunday 8am-10pm
